Cairngorm RDA donation |
Cairngorm RDA (Riding for the Disabled Association) is a new charity based at Newtonmore Riding centre near Aviemore. It will allow children with disabilities or learning difficulties to have access to horses and ponies as a means of therapy, achievment and enjoyment.
TACC supporter Calumn Fraser (Spud the Piper) is on the committee of the new charity and led a Kiltwalk team that raised £2,500 and nominated the RDA as their local charity - TACC have matched that to make a £5,000 grant to help purchase vital apparatus such as a hoist and ramp.
We wish Spud and the RDA best of luck in the future.
