TACC started in 2006 with a donation overseas, to support a school for blind and an orphanage in Kiev.

These donations still form the basis of what TACC is about - helping children in the cities we visit to watch Scotland.

Over £130,000 has been donated already, the most recent in 2010 helping orphans and disabled children in Lithuania and Czech Republic.
