Starting in 2016, TACC supported a new initiative known as "Frame Football" which was formed with the support of Partick Thistle Charitable Trust.

The project was aimed at bringing football to young people who otherwise would not see it as accessible, providing an opportunity to compete and/or take part in supervised coaching sessions with qualified coaches.  These young people suffered from Cerebral Palsy and were unable to walk without the aid of a frame.  They learnt new skills, competing against others with similar disabilities while gaining confidence as well as building relationships.

TACC initially funded the strips as shirt sponsors.  In 2017 we funded a week long summer camp which involved 15 children who required ambulatory frames attending.  Each daily session ran from 10.00 - 14.00, both indoors with bouncy castle, arts crafts and Nintendo Wii consuls, as well as outdoors on the football pitch.  For many of the children, much of the activity was normally 'off limits' because of their obvious difficulties with balance/control, so for many
it was a “first” and very well used and appreciated.  Feedback from parents was amazing and they were genuinely very
appreciative that this type of event was available for their kids and the kids themselves were disappointed that it was only one week.  In 2018 TACC funded another summer camp to the tune of £3400.
