Christmas 2025

 

TACC are delighted to announce that we have donated £10,000 in total for our 2025 Christmas donations.  The money is going to 5 organisations (£2000 each) supporting disadvantaged children in Scotland – KIND Scotland, Calico Grampian, Gift of Christmas Appeal Fife, Hamish Dear’s Warm Hugs and Be Someone's Santa.

 

KIND Scotland (https://www.justgiving.com/charity/kindscotland) will use our donation for toys and Christmas hampers, and potentially school uniforms and beds if funds permit.

 

Calico Grampian (www.calicogrampian.org.uk) will use our donation to support 17 families with a child currently undergoing cancer treatment who are in need of financial assistance to purchase appropriate winter clothing.

 

Gift of Christmas Appeal Fife (https://giftofchristmas.wixsite.com/appealfife) will use our donation for gifts (mainly clothing) for the children and young people who benefit from their Christmas Appeal.  They may also use our donation to purchase 'Special Request' gifts, for children & young people who have additional support needs or a disability.

 

Hamish Dear’s Warm Hugs (https://www.hamishdearswarmhugs.com/) will use our donation to process Christmas gift applications which will be rendered via gift vouchers to be made available at each cancer ward in Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Glasgow.

 

Be Someone's Santa (www.besomeonessanta.org.uk) will use our donation to buy Christmas gifts for the children they support who are aged between 0-3 months old and 16 years.
